Localização no centro. Próximo à linha do metro. Apartamento amplo.

O endereço informado na reserva não foi o mesmo da acomodação. Houve necessidade de deslocamento. A conexão Wi-Fi não funcionou. As toalhas de banho estavam no varal e foi-nos oferecido toalhas menores para banho.

Boa localização, perto da Stephanplatz, do Metrô, da Catedral de Santo Estevão, de vários restaurantes, do Burggarten e do Castelo de Hofburg.

É uma quitinete, com 1 cama de casal e 2 sofás-cama num mesmo ambiente para 4 pessoas dormirem com uma pequena cozinha conjugada e um banheiro. Achei o preço caro para uma quitinete, mas Viena é uma cidade cara mesmo. Valeu pela localização perto do metrô.

Für die spätere Anreise sollten wir 25€ Aufwandsentschädigung bezahlen, für die uns angeblich per E-Mail eine Rechnung zugestellt werden sollte! Nie erhalten!!! Die Einrichtung war völlig kaputt. Kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden!

Sehr gute Lage. Funktional bis auf das durchgelegene, abgewetzte Schlafsofa. Geräumig, hell, sauber.

Das Apartment ist funktional und entspricht den Bildern, wirkt aber recht lieblos und etwas verwahrlost: Duschvorhang ist halb ausgerissen, Spuren an den Wänden, Nachttischlampe und Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer funktionieren nicht - ungemütliches Licht. Das Schlafsofa ist arg mitgenommen und furchtbar durchgelegen Ich habe mich nicht sehr wohl gefühlt und bin nach 2 Tagen in ein Hotel in der Nähe gezoge anstatt zu verlängern. Erst eine Stunde nach meiner exakt angekündigten Ankunft jemand vor Ort war um mich einzulassen.

Die Lage war super und der Empfang bzw. die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos. Das wars dann leider auch schon.

Meine Kritikpunkte: Mir wurde die separate Toilette nicht gezeigt, als der Herr schon weg war wusste ich dann auch warum, das Licht funktionierte nicht. Nach Anruf und bitte das am nächsten Tag zu beheben war das aber dann erledigt. Ein Trockentuch gab es nicht. Die Wohnung ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Bilder/ Lampen hängen schief. Nägel hängen in der Wand wo wohl mal ein Bild hing. Das Bett hat seine besten Tage schon hinter sich. Es fehlt im unteren Teil ein Lattenrost. Duschen ohne den Duschkopf festzuhalten ist nicht möglich. Handtuchhalter gibt es auch nicht. Das Sofa hat Flecken. Der Kühlschrank kein Licht. Auf einem Teller waren Haare. Das Spüli war mit Wasser aufgefüllt. Bis auf die Top Lage sonst leider nichts gutes zu berichten. "Grand" entspricht es jedenfalls nicht.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Beim Eingang befindet sich eine nette Eisdiele und ums Eck befinden sich einige Restaurants. Direkt vor der Haustüre befindet sich eine U-Bahnstation. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Küche schien uns gut ausgestattet, haben sie jedoch nicht genutzt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nochmals buchen. Für 5 Personen hat die Wohnung die richtige Grösse. Die Frau welche uns die Wohnung übergeben hatte, sprach zwar fast kein Deutsch, war aber sehr hilfsbereit.

Es gab nur 1 Schlüssel für 5 Personen. Zudem hat uns ein Ort gefehlt, wo wir das Gepäck am Abreisetag bis abends deponieren hätten können. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit bis 13 Uhr. Konnten uns mit all dem jedoch arrangieren und sehen diese Punkte nicht als Grund die Unterkunft nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Lage war gut.

Der Beschrieb auf der Webseite wollte nicht so recht zur Wohnung passen. Es gab keine Spülmaschine, keine Handtücher in der Küche, Whirlpool-Badewanne nicht vorhanden. Keine Nachtvorhänge in einem Zimmer. TV vorhanden, jedoch keine Sender! Schlüsselübergabe nicht geklappt - mussten booking.com Kundendienst in Deutschland kontaktieren, da sonst niemand erreichbar war!

Die Lage. Küche prinzipiell nett konzipiert. Fahrstuhl. Gepflegtes Treppenhaus.

Viele Dinge waren defekt: mehrere Rollos der Fenster funktionierten nicht mehr, Glühbirnen defekt, Stecker der Wohnzimmerstehlampe gebrochen und nicht nutzbar, vergessene Eispackungen im Kühlschrank nicht entfernt und gereinigt, Duschschlauch defekt, Glaspaneel am Herd gesprungen. Pro Person gab es nur 1 Handtuch. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden die Handtücher am dritten Tag gewechselt, wieder gab es nur 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person. Die Tür zum Badezimmer war verzogen und nicht zu schließen. Unerklärliche Hitze im Flur. Im kleinen Wirtschaftsraum war Bettwäsche der Vorgänger zum trocknen auf kleinem Wäscheständer aufgehängt. Kein Schrank, nur Metallregal im Flur, keine Aufhänge- oder Staumöglichkeit, keine Nachttische.

Ausser der guten Lage ist nichts Positives zu erwähnen.

Die Unterkunft war unsauber und nicht entsprechend gereinigt. Schmutzwäsche vom Vorgänger in der Garderobe und altes Essen im Kühlschrank. Leck im Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Badezimmer, das dann unter Wasser stand. Zweifelhaft saubere Bettwäsche und verschmutzter Boden. Zwei Fenster wegen defekter Rollos nicht zu öffnen. 40 Minuten Wartezeit bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Wir sind nach einer Übernachtung wieder abgereist - sehr frustriert!

Das Appartement entsprach nicht den Angaben der Webseite! Lage, Ausstattung, Komfort waren falsch angegeben. Es handelte sich nicht um ein Superior Appartement, es war bestenfalls Standard. Es fehlen Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Ausziehsofa, Toaster, Balkon, Weingläser, Handtücher und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist hellhörig. Gardinen schließen nicht ab. Zum Schlafen ist es in den Zimmern zu hell. Am 2. Tag wurde sogar noch das Gas abgestellt und erst unter Protest bei booking.com am Nachmittag wieder aufgedreht. Die Bilder und die angegebene Lage sind völlig irreführend. Die Bewertung mit 2.5 errechnet das System und erscheint viel zu gut!

Direkte U-Bahn nähe. Ansonsten siehe Kritik.

Zu erst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass ich mit 3 Freunden im Alter zwischen 22 und 24 Jahren angereist bin. Wir sind alle nicht sehr anspruchsvoll was die Ausstattung betrifft, so lange alles halbwegs sauber ist. Ich war von unserem Apartment (Postgasse 14) äußerst enttäuscht. Auf unserer Buchungsbestätigung war die Adresse Seilergasse 14 angegeben mit direkter nähe zum Stephansdom. Am Morgen unserer Anreise bekam ich eine Mail, dass die Adresse auf der Buchungsbestätigung nicht unser Apartment sei, sondern die Postgasse 14 (eine ganze Station weiter und somit nicht direkt am Stephansdom). Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass mir so etwas am Tag der Anreise erst mitgeteilt wird. Was wäre wenn ich die Mail nicht gelesen hätte? Dann hätten wir vor einem völlig falschen Apartment gestanden. Ich habe daraufhin noch auf der Anreise im Zug auf die Mail geantwortet und meinen Unmut kundgetan. Leider habe ich bis heute noch keine Antwort erhalten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war auch abenteuerlich. Es steht nirgends ein Schild am Eingang, auf dem eine entsprechende Telefonnummer steht, wenn kein Vermieter angetroffen wird. Ich habe daraufhin die Nummer aus Booking.com vom Vermieter gewählt und keinen erreicht. Mehrmals habe ich angerufen. Nach ca. 20 Minuten kam dann eine Dame, die angeblich nur eingesprungen ist und nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hätte (komisch nur, dass beim check out die gleiche Dame wieder da war). Die Betten sind wirklich eine Katastrophe. Es fehlen einige Latten, so dass Rückenschmerzen schon vorprogrammiert waren. Die Matratzen sind äußerst durchgelegen und alles andere als bequem. Die Schlafcouch war sogar kaputt, sodass man einen Teil der Couch bezogen hat, der ca. 1.50 groß war und man mit seinen Füßen in der Luft hing. Der Boden war ebenfalls dreckig. Wenn man mit weißen Strümpfen durch die Wohnung gelaufen ist, hat man schwarze Socken danach gehabt. Des Weiteren wurden zahlreiche Dinge nicht angetroffen, wie auf der Buchungsbestätigung angegeben.

The location was very good

The one single bed needs replacement and the host did not make an effort to reply to our e mail request. An e mail was sent to us after we have departed from home to let us know that the address of the apartment was not the address mentioned in the photo posted on Booking.com. This was discovered by accident on our connecting flight to Vienna and the host responded to my question after we have already departed from the airport with the bus to the apartment.

Excellent location. Near metro station, only one station and you are in the city center! Spar shop is 3 minutes from apartment. There are any cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment is сlean, comfortable, spacious the company of friends. There are kettle, microwave, hairdryer. But there is bad bed linen. Suggest to bring your own. Be carefully when you book apartment, look at the address, because there are several apartments. Generally, a good apartment for a few days!

Location, it’s not the same advertised here in booking (Stephansplatz) but is still close to all attractions.

Beds are terrible, the towels were used smelling cigarettes, there were no toilet paper, the oven was broken. They have different apartments and only one is at the location advertised. I felt cheated as my location was not so central as the address booking was indicating me. The pictures here are not of the same apartment, they are far superior. There are no two bathrooms but one with shower only and another with toilet only. The coffee maker was dirty with old rotten coffee inside.

The location was really good. It was meters away from Stephansdom and there were many shops and restaurants around. One of the best locations.

The lights inside the shower were defect. We contacted the guy from who we got the apartment keys but he never picked up our calls nor responded to our text messages. The place was dirty, there was hair all around and it didn't look like that it was cleaned although they charge you cleaning fee. The couch is full of stains. All in all, it is not very clean and I would rather stay in a hotel next time.
